RovrCare™ Terms of Service
Online Workplace Assessment

1. Introduction and Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to RovrCare™. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the RovrCare™ online workplace assessment platform ("Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not proceed with the assessment.
2. Definitions
•    "Platform" refers to the RovrCare™ online assessment system, including all associated software, applications, and services.
•    "Candidate” Contractor” or "You" refers to any individual taking the workplace assessment as part of an employment application process.
•    "Assessment" refers to the psychological, social, leadership, and workplace readiness evaluation tools provided through the Platform.
•    "Employer" refers to RovrCare™ or any organization using the Platform to evaluate candidates.
•    "Assessment Data" refers to your responses, results, and any information collected during the assessment process.
3. Purpose of Assessment
The Platform provides pre-employment assessments designed to evaluate psychological traits, social skills, leadership aptitude, and workplace readiness. This assessment is a preliminary step in the application process and must be completed before an interview invitation will be considered. The assessment results will be used to determine your suitability for employment opportunities with RovrCare™. This assessment as an application requirement, its contents, flow, and nature may be altered at any time as business determines. 
4. Eligibility and Consent
4.1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age or the minimum age of employment in your jurisdiction to take this assessment.
4.2. Voluntary Participation: Your participation in this assessment is voluntary. However, completion of the assessment is required to be considered for employment with RovrCare™.
4.3. Consent to Evaluation: By proceeding with the assessment, you consent to having your responses evaluated and used in employment decisions.
5. Assessment Guidelines and Integrity
5.1. Honest Responses: You agree to provide truthful, accurate, and complete responses to all assessment questions.
5.2. Individual Completion: You must complete the assessment independently without assistance from others, reference materials, or artificial intelligence tools.
5.3. Single Attempt: You are permitted one attempt at the assessment unless otherwise authorized by RovrCare™.
5.4. Time Limits: The assessment may be timed. You agree to complete it within the specified timeframe.
5.5. No Cheating: Any attempt to manipulate, circumvent, or compromise the integrity of the assessment will result in immediate disqualification from consideration for employment.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
•    Share assessment questions or content with others
•    Use unauthorized assistance or resources during the assessment
•    Attempt to access the assessment multiple times without authorization
•    Record, screenshot, or copy assessment content
•    Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to complete the assessment
•    Attempt to reverse engineer or access the assessment scoring algorithms
•    Provide false or misleading information
•    Allow another person to complete the assessment on your behalf
7. Data Collection, Use, and Privacy
7.1. Information Collected: We collect your assessment responses, results, timing data, and any personal information you provide (such as name, email, potential service area zip code, education level and contact information).
7.2. Use of Data: Your Assessment Data will be used to:
•    Evaluate your suitability for employment
•    Compare your results with other candidates
•    Make hiring decisions
•    Improve and validate our assessment tools
•    Comply with legal and regulatory requirements
7.3. Data Sharing: Your Assessment Data may be shared with:
•    RovrCare™ hiring managers and human resources personnel
•    Third-party service providers who assist in assessment administration and scoring
•    Legal authorities if required by law
7.4. Data Retention: We will retain your Assessment Data for the duration of the hiring process and as required by applicable employment laws, typically for a minimum of one year.
7.5. Data Security: We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.
8. Assessment Results and Scoring
8.1. Proprietary Scoring: Assessment results are generated using proprietary algorithms and scoring methodologies owned by RovrCare™.
8.2. No Guarantee of Accuracy: While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that assessment results perfectly predict job performance or suitability.
8.3. Results Confidentiality: Your individual results will be kept confidential and shared only with authorized personnel involved in the hiring process.
8.4. No Right to Results: You do not have an automatic right to receive your assessment results or scores. RovrCare™ may provide feedback at its sole discretion.
8.5. Results as One Factor: Assessment results are one of multiple factors considered in hiring decisions and do not guarantee employment or interview invitation.

10. Intellectual Property Rights
10.1. Ownership: The Platform, including all assessment content, questions, scoring algorithms, and related materials, is the exclusive property of RovrCare™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
10.2. Limited License: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of completing your employment assessment.
10.3. No Reproduction: You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any assessment content.
11. Disclaimers
11.1. NO WARRANTY: THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
11.2. No Employment Guarantee: Completion of the assessment does not guarantee employment, an interview, or any other outcome in the hiring process.
11.3. Technical Issues: We are not responsible for technical difficulties, internet connectivity issues, or computer malfunctions that may affect your ability to complete the assessment. Contact us immediately if you experience technical problems.
12. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROVRCARE™ SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOST EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES, LOST WAGES, OR EMOTIONAL DISTRESS, ARISING FROM:
•    Your use or inability to use the Platform
•    Technical failures or interruptions
•    Assessment results or scoring
•    Hiring decisions based on assessment results
•    Any unauthorized access to your Assessment Data
13. Your Rights
13.1. Access to Information: You may request access to your Assessment Data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
13.2. Withdrawal: You may withdraw from the assessment process at any time, though this will result in your application not being considered.
13.3. Questions or Concerns: You may contact us with questions about the assessment process, data handling, or these Terms.
14. Modifications to Terms
RovrCare™ reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The version of the Terms in effect at the time you begin the assessment will govern your use of the Platform. Material changes will be posted on the Platform with an updated "Effective Date."
15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
15.1. Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Jurisdiction], without regard to conflict of law principles.
15.2. Arbitration: Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except where prohibited by law.
15.3. Exceptions: Notwithstanding the arbitration provision, either party may bring a claim in small claims court or seek injunctive relief in court.
16. Compliance with Employment Laws
This assessment and these Terms are designed to comply with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws, including but not limited to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), and the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) where applicable.

18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and RovrCare™ regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

•    You understand that completion does not guarantee employment or an interview
