Steps to Becoming a Caregineer™

Follow the steps below to start your rewarding career!

1. Application

You must meet the requirements listed below:        

1. Complete your RovrCare™ mobile app 

 registration by scanning provided QR code

This  includes your zip code and initial resume/CV information.

&

2. Take and pass your RovrCare™ comprehensive initial assessment (85-questions)

A passing score of 85% is required. Also, you are required to provide your desired working area radius (up to 5 miles) from your current home zip code.

On a Video Call

2. The Interview

 Upon successful review of your application and assessment you will be invited to interview! When clients are available in your service area, we will email you information to complete a background check, which includes providing your license, registration, vehicle, and auto insurance information. Your background check  instructions will be provided in the accompanying email.

3. Background

After a successful interview you'll receive an email to complete a background check, which includes providing your license, registration, vehicle, and auto insurance information. Your detailed background check  instructions will be provided in an accompanying email.

4. Onboarding

After you successfully complete the application and background check process, we will set you up for success via in-person/virtual trainings and video documentation. You'll then be added to our Rovr dashboard!

Requirements to join our team!

You must meet the following minimum requirements:

  • Age Minimum: At least 21yrs of age

  • Preferred Minimum: Associates Degree, Bachelors, Masters etc.

  • Previous healthcare, marketing, customer service, hospitality, retail, caretaker, food or delivery industry experience preferred

  • Smartphone & Tech savvy possessing excellent navigation skills

  • A valid U.S. driver’s license

  • Excellent communicator speak, read, and write fluent English (Bilingual is a plus!)

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Must be able to pass an annual background check, finger printing and motor vehicle report

  • (No felonies or criminal history)

  • We are a drug free company, random drug tests apply!

  • Clean, un-damaged & insured vehicle (model year 2015 or newer) with insurance policy in your name and address
