Connection Companion Service

What does my Caregineer™ provide during a Mobile Connection Companion appointment? This service involves a focus on providing non-medical support and daily social interaction. This service often includes engaging in activities, conversation, and providing emotional support and human connection to combat loneliness or feelings of being overwhelmed by light daily tasks.

Your Caregineer™ offers flexible mobile connection companion services that can be tailored to your specific needs and location. Whether you require support at your home, workplace, or another convenient setting, our dedicated team is equipped to provide quality connection and attention wherever you need it. Our goal is to ensure that you or your loved ones receive the best possible human connection in the most comfortable and accessible environment you so choose. Let us make your day!

What we do:

1. Offering Emotional Support: Engaging in meaningful conversations or simply being present to reduce feelings of isolation and loneliness.

2. Monitoring Safety: Keeping an eye on client well-being, engaging & ensuring safety in the temporary absence of a primary caretaker if applicable.

3. Performing Non-Medical Light Duty tasks within the appointment time-frame without rushing.

4. Facilitating Activities: Engaging in recreational or enriching activities like playing games, reading, walking or attending events.

What we do NOT provide:

1. Providing Medical Care: Administering medications, changing bandages, or any tasks requiring medical training are outside the scope of companionship and respite care

2. Making Healthcare Decisions: Deciding on treatments or plans for the care recipient must be handled by a healthcare professional or primary caregiver

3. Taking Full Responsibility for Care: Respite care is temporary and does not replace the long-term role of the primary caregiver.

RovrCare™ Service Environment Policy

At RovrCare™, the safety and well-being of our Caregineers™ and clients is our highest priority. To deliver the exceptional care experience we promise, we require all service environments to meet basic health, safety, and cleanliness standards.

We reserve the right to decline, pause, or discontinue services in any home or location presenting conditions that may pose health or safety risks to our Caregineers™ or clients, including but not limited to:

• Unsanitary or hazardous living conditions

• Evidence of neglect, hoarding, or pest infestation

• Lack of functioning utilities (water, electricity, climate control)

• Presence of illegal substances or unsafe individuals

• Any environment deemed unsuitable at the sole discretion of RovrCare™ or the assigned Caregineer™

If a Caregineer™ arrives and determines the environment is unsuitable, the appointment may be ended immediately. The client will be charged for the scheduled time, and services may be rescheduled once conditions are remediated.

We kindly ask clients and families to ensure the service location is safe, clean, and welcoming prior to each appointment. RovrCare™ is not responsible for assessing, remediating, or reporting environmental conditions beyond the scope of our non-medical companionship services.

Light housekeeping is a supportive service designed to maintain a tidy, safe, and comfortable environment for the client. These tasks are limited in scope, duration, and physical demand, and are performed only in areas actively used by the client.

What We Provide

All necessary cleaning supplies must be provided by the client or their family.

What We Do NOT Provide

Important Notes

• Light housekeeping is incidental to companionship, not a standalone cleaning service.

• Tasks are performed at the Caregineer™'s discretion based on time, safety, and physical capability.

• Requests exceeding this scope may be declined without penalty.

• RovrCare™ reserves the right to modify or limit housekeeping tasks at any time.
