Your ROVR provides companionship, conversation, light housekeeping, errands, meal preparation, technology help, pet care, transportation to appointments, and genuine human connection. We do not administer medications, provide nursing care, make healthcare decisions, or replace any medical professional. Think of it as having a trusted, trained friend who shows up on time and helps your day go better - without a clinical agenda.
RovrCare™ is a companion care service that sends trained, background-checked Mobile Companions — called ROVRs — directly to your home or any location you choose. Our ROVRs provide non-medical companionship, light tasks, errands, transportation support, and genuine human connection. We serve individuals of any age, any stage of life, across the Houston Metro area. No subscriptions. No contracts. Just book a visit when you need one. We’re not a medical service — we’re life enhancement through connection.
No. RovrCare™ is not a home health agency and does not provide medical care. We are a non-medical companion care service. Our ROVRs provide companionship, light task support, errands, transportation assistance, and human connection. We do not administer medications, provide nursing care, or make healthcare decisions. A ROVR is a trained, background-checked Mobile Companion who provides non-medical companionship and practical support. ROVR stands for Residential & Regional Observation and Vitality Responder. Think of your ROVR as a trusted friend who shows up on time, helps with whatever you need, and makes your day better. Every ROVR passes a comprehensive background check, fingerprinting, vehicle inspection, and personality assessment before their first visit. You’ll see their profile, photo, and service area before you book.
Your ROVR provides non-medical companionship and light task support during each visit. This includes: meaningful conversation and emotional support, light housekeeping and home organization, grocery shopping and errands, meal preparation assistance, transportation to appointments, technology help with phones, computers, and devices, pet care like walking and feeding, social outings as a companion, and mail or paperwork support. Your ROVR does NOT provide medical care, administer medications, make healthcare decisions, or replace a primary caregiver. Every visit is tailored to what you need that day — just let your ROVR know your priorities when they arrive.
RovrCare™ is built for anyone who wants their day to go better with great company and a helping hand. Busy professionals use us for errand support and meaningful conversation. Active adults and seniors book ROVRs for social outings, technology help, and companionship. Parents use us for household support while they work from home. Students book ROVRs for motivation and life skills mentoring. Whatever your situation, your ROVR brings presence, reliability, and genuine connection tailored to what you actually need that day.
Visit rovrcare.com (http://rovrcare.com)or our mobile app, browse available ROVRs in your area, select the one you’d like, choose your date and time, and confirm your booking. You’ll receive confirmation by email and text. Your ROVR will also place a courtesy call before your appointment to introduce themselves and cover any special instructions. Most appointments are confirmed automatically.
Yes. You can book appointments anytime through our website or app. Appointments are available with 24 hours’ advance notice, depending on ROVR availability in your area. Most appointments are confirmed automatically. If your area doesn’t have a ROVR yet, join our waitlist and we’ll notify you as soon as service is available in your zip code.
Currently, each booking is a one-hour visit focused on one primary service. This ensures your ROVR can give you their full attention and deliver quality care without rushing. We recommend booking separate visits for different service needs. More flexible booking options are coming soon, stay tuned as we grow.
Yes. When you book your appointment, you can add special instructions such as entry information, number and types of pets, and anything about you or your loved one that your ROVR should know before arriving.
Yes. After booking your appointment, you’ll be prompted to add it to your Google Calendar, Apple Calendar, or calendar of your choice.

A standard Connection Hour visit starts at $65 per hour. No subscriptions, no monthly fees, no hidden costs — just pay for the time you book. Your $65 includes a trained, background-checked ROVR who comes to your location, provides companionship and/or light task support, and delivers a premium care experience. Need regular visits? Contact us about member plans that fit your schedule and budget.
