PRIVACY POLICY
Effective Date: March 2026 | Version 1.0
This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how RovrCare™, a service operated by Change Path One LLC dba (“RovrCare™,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), collects, uses, discloses, and otherwise manages the personal information you provide when engaging our facilitated services through our website, mobile application, and any related online platforms on which this Policy is posted (collectively, the “Service”).
This Policy is written in English. We do not guarantee the accuracy of translated versions. In the event of a conflict between a translated version and the English version, the English version controls.

RovrCare™ collects geolocation data for specific operational purposes. For users, approximate location may be collected to match available ROVRs in your area. Geolocation tracking via Connecteam is active only during scheduled working hours and is not continuous outside of work shifts. ROVRs are notified of and consent to this tracking as part of their employment agreement.
2.4 Sensitive Information
In limited circumstances, RovrCare™ may collect and retain basic care-context notes associated with a user’s service profile. For example, a ROVR may note relevant user preferences or environmental considerations that support consistent, safe service delivery (e.g., mobility limitations, preferred communication style, or home environment notes). This information:
-
Is limited to what is necessary for safe and effective companion care service delivery
-
Is not used for medical diagnosis, clinical decision-making, or health profiling
-
Is not shared with insurers, healthcare providers, or third-party data brokers
-
Is accessible only to authorized RovrCare™ operations personnel and the assigned ROVR
